Therapeutic confidentiality
Everything you share in physiotherapy and counselling sessions is confidential under professional ethics and Turkish data protection law. Session notes are stored securely and are never shared with anyone without your written consent.
Legal exceptions to confidentiality
- A serious and imminent risk to yourself or another person
- Suspected abuse or neglect of a child or vulnerable adult
- A court order or other legal obligation
These are explained clearly in the first session, and wherever possible discussed with you first.
Website data
- This site runs no advertising or profiling cookies.
- Visitor statistics use a cookie-free analytics tool that does not store IP addresses.
- Data submitted through the appointment form is used solely to contact you.
- Server logs are kept briefly for technical security purposes.
Third-party services
[Booking system], [form provider] and the map service are subject to their own privacy policies. Loading the map block sends a request to that provider.
