3. Purposes of processing
Creating and managing appointments, delivering physiotherapy and psychological counselling services, tracking the course of treatment, meeting statutory record-keeping obligations, and contacting you at your request.
4. Legal basis
Health data is processed under KVKK art. 6/3 for the purposes of protection of public health, preventive medicine, medical diagnosis, treatment and care services, by a health professional bound by a duty of confidentiality. Other data is processed on the basis of contract performance and legitimate interest.
5. Transfers
Your data is not shared with third parties without your explicit consent. Service providers used for booking and form infrastructure ([booking system], [form provider], [hosting]) act as data processors. Disclosure to competent public authorities may occur where legally required.
6. Retention
